With a strong passion for sustainable development and farmer empowerment, Asiba established SolaKilimo to address one of the biggest challenges affecting producers across Africa — post-harvest losses caused by lack of reliable cold storage.
Recognizing that farmers and fishers often lose a significant portion of their harvest before reaching the market, Asiba Raphael built SolaKilimo around a simple but powerful idea: affordable solar-powered cold storage that helps producers preserve more and earn more.
